it's clear he was down in bounds w/ 1 second left, and no one is calling for TO immediately.

It was the right call that he was down inbounds. I just never saw a shot if Kiffin was trying to call a TO during that time.

lucky they even got that close. right tackle spun the de around on the previous play. should have been 25 yards further back
