When people make references of us being overly physical, it has a way of determining how the game is being called," Staley said.

Lobbying for calls and trying to influence officials is part of sports. Knowledgeable refs should be confident enough to ignore it but you can't blame the opposing coach for working them.

She is the Epitome of victim culture

Well, she does rank decently high on the Victimhood Totem Pole: Black. Female. Lesbian.

However, she's technically outranked by the poor, fat, disabled, mixed-black-Jew, mentally-challenged, muslim, midget, illegal-immigrant trans-females.

The queen of excuses. What South Carolina could've done was taken and knocked down the open shots Iowa was giving them like LSU did on their way to a national title. Instead, South Carolina acted scared to shoot and lost.
This right here. Very simple. Also, when you play an aggressive brand of ball, other coaches are going to try to influence the game by pointing it out.

I don’t think I’ve ever heard a coach get so angry that their team was called physical.

Even the Seahawks would brush it off and/or played into it, and that had to be one of the most unlikeable groups in the league.

its particularly pathetic in that they won a natty and a couple SEC tournaments playing physical. the LSU regular season game was such a game.
overwhelmed at every turn.
the Iowa game was won and lost at the ft line. Iowa 14 for 14.
and I'm grateful.
south Carolina would have mopped the floor with LSU again. now the top tier transfers are looking at joining the best paying NIL team.
