i can say one thing...what musberger is saying doesn't even register...oregon has a 3 TD lead. he could say he had an affinity for 8 year old boys at this point and i probably wouldn't care.

Accept it or not, the media influences voters. It influences the AP (obviously) and it def gets to the coaches who vote based on box scores and highlight shows. Until CFB goes to a playoff system, the media will have an impact on who gets to play for titles. So yeah....I give a frick when a media outlet continually pumps up certain programs.
