The NCAA implicated the entity in which Cal was apart of. He is included in all those teams that had wins taken away, if Cal was included in that then he was implicated indirectly, but still implicated. The UMass team that lost those 2 finals fours? When you ask who was on that team that had those games taken away because of violations, when you ask who was on that coaching staff Paypal Cal's name is there. Just because he wasn't singled out doesn't mean he wasn't involved.

The latest from Wetzel with Yahoo Sports:
"Anthony Davis was charging right into the still delirious Kentucky section of the Superdome, where friends and family sit, after the Wildcats’ 67-59 victory over Kansas in the national title game. He was searching for his family. First he found the program’s friends.
He came across William Wesley, the basketball power broker who’s befriended stars from Michael Jordan to LeBron James. The two locked in a long embrace, rocking back and forth in celebration. When Worldwide Wes let go, Davis moved on to Lynn Merritt, Nike Basketball’s senior director and a man of immense influence in the game.
Later in the locker room, Davis and the rest of the Wildcats would hug it out with Phil Knight, the Nike founder and freshly minted Hall of Famer who was wearing the same “No 1 Greater” championship hat they were. Soon Knight and Wes were locked in joy themselves."
Nothing to See Here

People keep talking about him cheating, but I haven't seen anything that indicates he was remotely involved.
if the place where you were in charge got in trouble on 2 separate occasions, the person in charge gets a reputation. tough shite. lucky or unlucky, you're at the helm, and your programs are getting in trouble.
and the derrick rose SAT thing reeks of calipari. ignoring that is just ignorant. rose fails the SAT three times in chicago and then just decides to head up to detroit (WWW for sure) to take it a month before going to memphis? hell yes calipari was involved in that.

Okay. So celebrities who are fans of the Kentucky program were at the game and in the locker room. Who gives a frick?

You STILL haven't answered the question.
If they didn't implicate him, there must be a reason. Right? So what's the reason? In your opinion (to make it even easier on you).

Facts are facts. It's just something that you don't want to hear, so you dismiss it.

Phil Knight isn't a celebrity?

Ok, keep ignoring the important parts

I'm not hating. I was pulling for Kentucky. If a head coach has coached for 3 diff programs and 2 of those programs have immediately went on probation and vacated wins after he left , it says something about that coach. To say otherwise is being naive. Whether it was his fault or not. Can you atleast admit that

Well said, but no he is NOT going to admit it and you just have to realize he is delusional.

It says that he is somewhat negligent at worst. I dont see how he can be labeled a cheater just based on those 2 isolated incidents.
And UMass never went on probation, and im pretty sure Memphis is already off.

Probation or not they were penalized because they were found guilty.

What is the question?

Having to vacate wins is worse than probation in my opinion. I would hate to see a Final Four banner come down.

Yep. Just ask the Fab 5 from Michigan.

To answer your question, IMO coach Cal had something to do with Rose traveling 200 miles to take a test he had failed 3 times. If that doesn't seem fishy to you, you are being a homer. Plain ad simple. Also Im not hating. I wanted UK to win.

I just find it funny that the Kentucky fans on here that were on the AS THE PLAINS BURN thread telling the auburn fans to stop being naive and that where there is smoke, there is fire are the same ones saying Coach Cal hasn't been proven to have don anything.
Also , had Cal been the coach at Louisville, they would be calling him a cheater 16 times before the sun came up.
