Waiting on the outrage on players skipping bowls while complete silence about Norvell skipping out on Memphis’s bowl game to go to FSU

He wants to coach Memphis in the bowl game. Not sure if either school will let him, but he definitely wants to.

I missed that.

Sucks for all involved, but I understand. He can't be doing two jobs at once.

Derrick Brown is going to be interesting. He just isn't the type of guy that sits out.

With that said, I would 100% understand if he did sit out.

Kinda funny you say that.
Because at Firms there's something called garden leave. (I just had it for 6 months... sheesh)

That's been going on for sometime now.
So these old folk know something about that.

This is really my only real problem with the early signing period. A lot happens between now and Xmas that didn't 5 years ago, so a coach can't wait until after his bowl game to get to work. I remember there were stories about Herman doing double days when he was OSU's OC and Houston's HC in 2014/2015 and I'm sure it's the same for guys like Scott at Clemson now

It’s not an opinion. I’m just pointing out the hypocrisy

Based on what you said, it’s evident that you chose a side of that argument, how could you say anything different?
