Last week people were seriously saying Cook is tied with LF for #1 and posting stats that favor Cook, the week before they did it with Zeke

I bet they feel like such fools. Leonard really showed them!!!! 152 yards on 27 touches vs Cook's 132 yard on 21 touches and Zeke's 171 yards on 22 touches.

I can't believe people still think Zeke is a good back just because he rushed for over 220 yards three weeks in a row against the hardest stretch of competition college football has ever seen.

That was last year! And currently, Fournette rushed for 5.8 yards his last 2 games at home against Florida and Western Kentucky! Zeke should consider going pro in something other than sports.

LF7 is great, but he didnt have a particularly good game yesterday by his elite standards. Vegas had his over/under for yards against Western freaking Kentucky as 205. Thats what the other legit back they played(Jordan Howard) put up on them. Fournette had plenty of carries and didn't get close to that number. This is not the call out the haters performance you are thinking.

haven't conciously watched Leonard block, but Zeke is the only back in the country with a 100% blocking rate this year. That's incredible.

Who's measuring that? Haven't seen lf7 miss a block yet.

And Zeke has better hands than Leonard.

I don't necessarily agree with that. LF7 has shown pretty great ability with his hands

Compared to your nintendo obsessed neighbor? Or compared to the relevant players like Cook, Chubb, Zeke, etc?

I've seen Leonard make some nice catches that normal backs just can't make, but Zeke is elite with his hands. He's got some of the best hands on the team and lines up in the slot pretty often when OSU goes empty.

I have only watched a couple OSU games....are they stacking the box often or are they respecting the qb?

Did you find that the opponent stacked it anymore or less with barrett instead of jones

Rutgers played one high safety a lot last night. That's why Zeke only had about 20 yards in the first half. JT took the top off the defense at least 5 times (completed) last night though.

I don't think teams will be able to stack the box vs JT. That was an issue early in the year when our young WRs were having trouble getting a free release, but we've improved there.

Ohio State is a dangerous team right now. A lot of confidence in what was basically a shut out for the defense, going into a bye week to get healthy. And the meat of the schedule coming up. I'm not saying we beat both Michigan and Michigan State with an undefeated Iowa looming, but we have a great chance.

We are starting to click. This season has been a grind, but now is the time to turn it up, and I think that's been Urban's plan all along. It's tough to push guys hard for 15 weeks with the same old BS lines. He knows he has the focus now, and we are sitting in the catbird's seat.

LF is the better runner, I don't think anyone would dispute that.

Zeke gains ground on the receiving and blocking stats.

They are both great backs

Comparing Leonard and Zeke

PFF actually has Zeke ranked higher than Leonard in overall ranking.

Overall ranking: Zeke 23.2, Leonard 19.8

For the most part, opponents have definitely stacked up on Zeke. Cardale isn't great at making reads, checkdowns, or running the zone read. Without a deep threat receiver, teams keyed on Zeke even more because of that.

Rutgers still played 8-10 men up a lot, but JT made them pay consistently. He didn't have a perfect game, and still has room to improve and will, but the offense is a lot closer to where they need to be. The defense is what really has me enthused this season.

Why are you lying? Cook rushed for 82 yards last night.
