10 years may be a stretch but I said many times it will grow here.
It's sort of hard to avoid at this point and when you take into the fact that it is such a worldwide game. I am surprised it has taken America so long actually.

Once the MLS grows and they finally have youth academies and are growing their own talent, and becomes a league that people want to watch, there's no ceiling.

I do think more parents will push their kids to Soccer with all the football concussion stuff going on.

Yeah I didn't want to open up that can of worms but I agree. I wouldn't let my kids play football, fwiw

I used to think like the OP and played and watched the big three and even played a little bball in college before joining the Corps. I now watch as much soccer as any sport except football but it's really close. I've been following LFC since 2008 and can't get enough of the sport. Of course when I didn't care for soccer I didn't act like a total a-hole like the OP, I just didn't watch it or hang out with fans who obviously annoyed me. But I probably can't fathom being a tough guy like the OP.
