In a combined 5A
The Seeds would have been:
1. St. Aug
2. Acadiana
3. Parkway
5. Byrd
10. Rummel
Based on how roughly everything "might" have played out:
Rummel, Destrehan, and Acadiana all in the same quarters pod--Acadiana likely wins out
St. Aug rolls Dutchtown (or maybe Scotlandville) in the quarters
Byrd beats whichever team beat EA in the quarters
Parkway/Catholic in the quarters--probably Parkway
That would leave the 5A state championship probably in the semis and Byrd/St. Aug in the other.
Just a guess--Acadiana beats Parkway because the game would have been in Lafayette, and St. Aug dodges Rummel and beats Byrd to get to the Dome.

Curtis has no male cheerleaders. Not sure what you are talking about.

More than that. Neighborhood kids that don't play sports. they have a band, basketball & baseball players that are exclusive to their respective teams/clubs

Curtis has around 200 boys in high school. About 110 are involved with the football team through playing or managing, about 15 in band, and about 30 more are specialists in other sports. There are easily 50 boys that don't do sports at Curtis.

I sense more butthurt in this post.
Why? I don't have any ties to either school. I couldn't have cared less who won.
The fact that Byrd fumbled at Rummels 5 and then fumbled at their own 25 (which led to the winning TD) and missed 2 xp tells me that Byrd gave them the game.

And Rummel threw a pick 6. So what? It's part of the game
They also missed an XP
They also missed an XP

I guess you didn't watch the game

Either way I don't care, just giving my opinion

Just saying each team had mistakes. Rummel just found a way to win and dominated the 2nd half. Byrd had 57 yards yet you think they "lost it"

Yes I do, as I've already stated

Cheaters eh? But why are publics the ones that always get sanctioned?
