Garbage quarterbacks don't win multiple SuperBowls.
Now if your talking about 2017 Eli, then yea, he hasn't been very good.

he will go to another team and take them to the playoffs 
cant blame it all on him when they have no front office talent, bad coaches, draft bad, the team has no healthy receivers and nobody that can block for him or a RB and he has no way to move the ball.
what should he do? throw it up high, then run and go catch his own pass and run for a TD?
i never thought he was payton manning, rogers, brees, or brady level great but he is a very good QB in the 5-15 rating range

Food for thought: If the NYG had any resemblance of an offensive line and OBJ and Brandon Marshall weren’t hurt, Eli Manning might not be as bad.

Anyone that watched the giants during those 2 playoff runs knows Eli is the real deal, or at least was, for a long time.
He was clutch, honestly one of the calmest QBs under pressure ever.
He played in an era where quarterbacks have an absolute field day, and he put up some great numbers.
Have you seen some of this trash that franchises wheel out week in week out as excuses for quarterbacks? It's embarrassing. Eli is a top 10 QB of the golden age era for the position and that is a huge compliment.
