If a tall kicker and short kicker have the same size foot, and kick with the same moment at their hip, I believe the short kicker gets more force on the end of his leg.
A moment/torque is a Force x Distance.
Thats assuming they would kick the same of course. Im not sure how being bigger could factor in to the strength behind kicking.
