Not sure the point of him being the head coach if he isn’t doing that. That’s what brought him to the dance. Who gives a shite about losing Davis mills character.

They mentioned during the game that if he didn’t let Davis Webb call the plays he was gonna leave for another job. I guess Payton thinks he’s too valuable to lose.

Webb was considered one of the sleeper top candidates of had gone to open marjet as HC candidate.

He may be smart but a quick look shows his only coaching experience is in Denver and the offenses have sucked arse. So either Bo Nix is holding him back or he’s taking the Zac Taylor road to be a head coach.

I’ve never cared for Sean Payton. Truly grateful for the Super Bowl with the Saints but not a fan of him. Seems very smug and phony.
