Week 4 is primarily the first weekend of full inner conference play and very few cupcake games. Vegas/fans really don't have a good grasp of what some teams actually are yet, therefore rankings, lines, etc. can be skewed and you get whacky outcomes.

USC doesn't look very good so far this year. If Washington State can win this one I think people will start to talk about them as a possible sleeper to win the Pac 12.
