I know their stadium is old as hell and basically falling apart. It's possible they don't have good enough wifi to be able to check scores easily.

even if they wanted to their last two TDs they have gotten penalties that pushed them too far back to go for two.
this last one they got a celebration penalty b/c the guy returning a kickoff for a TD gave a high five to his teammate before he was in the endzone.
