but you are now arguing NFL prospect grading.

sure, but Leinart graded out pretty good as an NFL prospect.

As did Palmer, who was the #1 pick and a very good NFL QB

of course, but Palmer's lack of athleticism has cost him....Leinart has also been a let down to this point. Leinart's career to this point will weigh heavily in the minds of the scouts, and as of now it will hurt Sanchez.

Palmer was a a very athletic QB coming out of college...blowing out his knee has basically killed that

Nah, I dont think they are stupid enough to judge Sanchez just because he went to the same school as Leinart. That's how a scout losses his job.

2 different players. 2 different grades.

Not to mention Leinart played under Norm Chow, which helped him a lot.

well, to be fair, Palmer was awful until Chow became his coach as well

Palmer has been a classic statue big arm passer his entire NFL career. The blown out knee just gives him a good reason.

they will absolutely look at the talent disparity btn USC's receivers and line compared to their opponents. Also, the stigma of being a "system" QB, no matter the actual coordinator absolutely exists.

Now, for USC it won't be a free fall like a Texas Tech, Hawaii, or old Florida QB would see....but there is still a chance of a temperament on their draft grade. Certainly Sanchez is not heads and shoulders above Stafford as a pro prospect at this point.

stafford is short and inaccurate and he can't read defenses or make good decisions

and if USC has a "system" stigma that would suck considering they're one of the few pro style systems left

and palmer has managed to scramble for about 2 yards per game his entire NFL career. Slo, you know better than to let 40's be an absolute measure of football athleticism.

running a 4.6 is a far cry from being unathletic. i don't care how much his coaches had him run in the NFL

Is UGA regarded as a QB factory like Texas Tech, June Jones Hawaii, SPurrier Florida, present day USC? No, they aren't. "system" qb refers to these types of programs. Generally a "system" qb runs a gimmick offense to gain an advantage. USC runs a pretty pro-style passing game....but their "gimmick" could possibly be the enormous talent disparity that they enjoy. UGA runs neither a gimmick offense nor overmatches their entire conference.

ok, his play was unathletic. better?

You are putting way too much stock on 40 times for QB. it's pretty worthless.
