Agreed.... He DID make A crucial INT that led to A Saints scoring drive... If that doesn't happen the last play may not have been needed...

Think about it................

Nope.

Good player and seems like a good guy. Hope he’s with the Saints a long time.

Nope, and since he came out and faced the press I have nothing but utmost respect for him. He didn’t even cry and pout. He’s a rookie free safety and twice the leader someone like Cam Newton is.

Can't stand the Saints, but I agree with this 100%.

The kid showed nothing but class in the way he handled it. Every future rookie could learn something from that.

He could have very easily just started lashing out at fans on twitter like others before him have. Someone taught him well.

Lmao! You're so pathetic. Why do you even care?

If it makes you feel any better, here is my list of things I can't stand:

1. Liberals
2. Starbucks
3. Saints
4. Cauliflower (seriously, who likes that shite?)

No, a player mad a bad play

The coaches called a awful formation

Other players stopped on the play early

shite happens in sports. Crap moves very fast and sometimes bad things happen

The key is to put yourself in positions year in and year out in order to let these plays even out

We simply don't. The pats have had awful lick(Tyree play, welker drop)but they continue to put themselves deep in the playoffs so those situations even out( int, huge comeback)

If we continue to make playoff runs, instead of going 3 straight seasons at 7-9, our plays will even out

No

He was arguably the best rookie safety this season and had the INT to set up a Saints TD in that game.

Nope, he fricked up really bad but it hurts him way more than it hurts me. I am getting tired of all the white knighting and excuses for him though. It is what it is.

Nope, game of football is about plays being made or missed

his wasn't the only one. I just hate the hot takes and the "fans" who are calling for his head

Played single high safety all year and didn't let anything beat him deep. 4 INTs in regular season, 1 in the playoffs which helped with a comeback.

As a rookie he made no "rookie mistake" all season until that point unfortunately. If he can get past it, he will be better. If he lets it consume him, he will flame out. I hope he doesn't because he has potential to become a pro bowl-allpro level safety. Hell, as a rookie he already played like a top 20 safety in the league.

The first 48 hours, sure.

I'll get over it.
