Applebees is like a sports bar for non drinkers. They have all the games on during the regular season. I saw a lone guy wearing a Vikings jersey watching his game at the one in Beaumont once. Don't know why anyone would watch a playoff game there. Habit I guess.

Why is this? I dont mean to sound racist but what is with the preponderance of inner city fans from ______ who are Cowboys and Steelers fans (Yankee fans, etc)? Is it because their own lives are so miserable that they have to live vicariously through the (past, in Cowboys case) success of sports franchises with which they have no real connection?
