Well damn Purdue is now a 4 seed. There goes me taking them to Final Four
I guess the 1 seeds are
Winner of Big East if no upset in semis
Winner of ACC if no upset in semis
Kansas if wins Big XII
Gonzaga

Based on what I gathered from Jerry Palm, he thought three No 1 were pretty set:
Virginia
Nova
Xavier
Kansas is fourth if they don’t lose in Big 12 Tourney with Duke as possibility.
Palm and lunardi both have Purdue as a 2. I can’t imagine they are worst than a 3. But we shall see.

I don’t see how you can put the loser of that Tournament as a 1 seed. I saw what he said, but it makes no sense to me.
Which is why I said winners of both tourneys be 1 the losers will be 2 in opposite sides or 2 in same bracket vs each other
Example
1 winner of Big East
2 loser of ACC
Purdue would’ve been a 2 if won but now no.
Plus Gonzaga is at 7
You’ll have 5 teams above losing this weekend

Beilein's teams are always tough this time of year. Solid guard play and they're normally good shooters. They've looked like a sleeper Final Four team for the last 2 weeks or so.

In my opinion I think uva and nova deserve 1 seeds. They are no brainers.
As for Xavier it depends how they do and how everybody else does.
I’m not very bullish on Kansas. Duke is probably better but not sure their body of work is better.

See if Nova wins yes if not no, same with UVa
I get using all year but to me losses matter. Unlike what Hocutt did in CFB Championships matter also in seeding.

We will see how they do it. Personally, I’d be shocked if Nova isn’t a 1. But that’s only my opinion and there are a ton of opinions in the selection room.

I think Nova is the best team. But yeah win a championship which they haven’t yet this year.

What an ugly 65-62 win. We played the worst first half I have ever seen, scoring only 20 points and down 30-20.
We didn't have a lead in the game until the 3:14 mark when we went up 55-54.
We're still alive for a MAAC Tourney 3-peat tomorrow night.

The MAAC final is set as #6 seed, Fairfield beat #7 seed, Quinnipiac. So, it’s a Fairfield vs. Iona game for a ticket to The Dance @ 7:00 on ESPN.
During the regular season we beat Fairfirld at home 84-65 and lost at their place in OT 103-100. I’m expecting a high scoring game and hoping the Gaels can win a 3rd straight MAAC Championship.
