RGIII grew up in a two parent military household with both parents having good jobs. He went to college and graduated with a 3.7 GPA in political Science, graduating early and then getting his master, and then married a white girl. All of that, to Ryan, isn't black enough so he holds it against RGIII. It's so obvious in how he's reacted to all of this nonsense.
