Would he be good at either job? Which team would give him a shot?

He’s one of the smartest players in the league. Could probably coach a young team.

Based on my limited knowledge of Rondo I would not want him as my GM. Probably better suited as a HC but even that I’m not sure about

He is, but his inclination to go into "frick it" mode wouldn't be great in a leadership role.

He indeed is one of the smartest guys in the league, but it is well known that he is an a-hole in the worst fashion. It easy for players to get along with him when he is your teammate, but those a-hole ways won't fly once you put on a suit and take a seat in the bench. Players will tune him out quick.

He would be an incredible coach if he could manage to not murder dumb young players. I’m pretty sure he coached the Pelicans to our best playoff run in 10 years.

Perfect...… that's the answer for him as a coach.

Nash is going to be a total players coach. He is mild-mannered and patient.

Rondo has a great mind for basketball. It depends on how he channels his frustration and communicates.

He could be a great coach on a vet-heavy team. He also could be hated by his team within a few years as players get sick of him.

I’m sure he will be involved in the NBA at some capacity once he retires.
