This is where I would be inclined to agree that she would mess him up. Technique and knowledge of takedowns can level any playing field.
all the technique in the world can't compensate for the great discrepancy in strength between the two fighters.
He is a lot stronger than her, a lot.
Did you see the picture of his thighs? she can't even put her arms around one of them.

Only when it comes to women, though, right? I'm sure there are plenty of 155-160 pound males who could probably f up Ray Rice.

Fortunately, we'll never know who is correct.

Jose Aldo would leave Ray Rice a bloody mess.

Exactly my point. However, you can say the physical/biological differences between men and women are too much for a woman to overcome.

Ronda would get her arse beat.

Are there any MMA fighters who are 5'11" in the 150-160 pound range?

Then watch a Ronda Rousey fight.
The difference in speed, technique, and even power and strength is night and day.
The male 135 pound class would destroy Rousey.

Even tennis? I would think tennis would be the one sport where it would be an even playing field.
See how fast the men serve versus the women. End of story.

I wouldn't say plenty, but there are a few out there that could.
a 155lb male can be just as strong as a 200lb male.
the strongest 155 woman in the world is no where near the strength of a 200 lb NFL running back.

Exactly. It's the same concept with the WNBA. A male college basketball team would destory a WNBA team.
