Need to go to the roboump strike zone and rid the game of all the umpire/terrorists like Kulpa, Hernandez and West.

Kulpa said he can do whatever he wants and until the MLB shuts down umpires like him, he is 100% right

Umpire union is going to shoot itself in the foot and hasten the robo ump timeline if they don’t let shitty umps like Kulpa and Hernandez be held accountable

I've seen articles going back all the way to 2006 about how big of a piece of shite Ron Kulpa is. Doesn't look like there is any end in sight.

Call it karma or whatever you want, just took a fastball off the top/side of his head and went down and stayed down awhile and left the game.

The fastball I’ll concede that it was close and the camera angle isn’t the greatest.

However, that breaking ball wasn’t even close.

Eric Gregg calling that Livan Hernandez game was the absolute worst umpiring I've seen in my life. The worst part of it is that it was one-sided. The Braves strike zone was much, much smaller. It's one thing if both teams are getting a big zone, but another thing altogether when it's just one guy getting it.

I've always thought that he may have been intentionally getting back at the Braves for the giant strike zone that Maddux and Glavine were always gifted. Maddux could throw a foot off the plate and get a strike just about every time.

Closer than you think. A lot of breaking balls nick the front of the strike zone and even hit the dirt in front of the catcher. These are strikes that are almost always called as balls. This is kinda why robot umpires are a bad idea. You wouldn’t believe how many balls like that are actually strikes called balls; if robots called them “correctly,” the robots would be replaced by humans before July.

There needs to be a system where mlb umps get sent down to burb little leagues to do deal with some a-hole dad that’s even more of a failed baseball player

Nah, it was close. Within 2 inches at the front of the plate, easily.
