this guy is horrible. it's like sitting next to your buddy that's constantly yelling at the tv screen. I don't care if he predicts plays before they happen, he's awful in the booth.

I predicted his act would wear thin.
It's happened before...with Bill Walsh.
Fans think it's cool at first and then wish they could watch the game without spoilers every play...comment after the play - but fans like to be surprised or their own armchair QB.
Everyone praised Walsh about how smart and insightful he was as a commentator and after a year people wanted to go back...to just BOOM! and BOOM!

How long did Walsh last on NBC? Parcells was an analyst for them too briefly.
