No one's hating. They're just not beating the Warriors. Don't have enough.

Well of course. Team defense is of the utmost importance and Harden usually is gonna light guys up but we both know Harden can disappear in the postseason. Klay is long and can give guys problems. Harden will struggle with him some unless of course GS goes with Klay on CP3. I'm very interested to see how both coaches go about who they let switch and how they defend high PnR's throughout the series. My bet is GS won't rely near as much on the PnR unless of course Hou tries to just switch everything.

Houston always switches because they have the players to do it. Their defense is specifically designed to defend Golden State.

Golden State also switches. And what the Rockets will do is let Curry’s man set the screen to get the switch and Harden will pick on Curry.

Klay will defend Harden, he's their best on the perimeter.

that leaves GSW exposed in the curry vs. paul matchup.

GSW would be smart to use their death lineup more often than not.

eta: nobody on earth can guard Durant, so there's no point in discussing it. Yes, he will get his.

Doesn’t matter because they switch.

Did you watch any finals games last few years? GS does WHATEVER they can to not get Curry in a match up they don't want. They had Curry hard hedging and recovering against Kyrie and LBJ. Cavs starting running back screens to force the switch to get Curry matched up on LBJ and Kyrie.

If Houston goes the switch everything route they are doomed. Durant will have his way with Harden/CP3. Defenses get way more technical in the postseason. I don't see either team going the switch happy route. I think you'll see guys like Klay/Durant/Iggy/Livingston switching with each other and that's about it. Iggy may not even be in that list.

Of course Boom will attempt to minimize that championship because CC didn’t defeat GSW at their full, healthy best. The gift that keeps on giving haha.

About How old are you bubba? Sometimes I see you reference some stuff that happened a while back and think you are maybe around 40 or more but then other times notice your stunning lack of perspective makes me think early 20s.

Go back and watch Golden State in the finals against the Cavs last few years. Idc what they do in the regular season. Game planning for a 7 game series is 100x more detailed.

I love the ignorant confidence from the Houston fans

They haven’t played a team with a pulse, and they have still struggled. But they’re gonna beat the warriors. This is still the same choke artists of years past in CP and Harden. They will fail miserably, and it will be beautiful.

Although I hate the warriors too

Oh and Klay is better than harden

Outside of boom, find me a rockets poster that is overly confident about the next round?

The rockets haters are so deluded that they retreat to making strawmen arguments.

Ftr, I am not concerning myself with the OP since he has been here for long enough for me to know his deal. I am talking about guys like swag and portcity who have been steady on here.

Excuse me, b hasn’t said CC will beat the warriors even once. We said no team could avoid the gentleman sweep other than gsw. Which has been proven accurate so far.

I’ll give you that, I haven’t seen many that claim superiority over the warriors. I guess the few ruin it for the many.
