He’s got the strangest on field demeanor of any coach I’ve ever seen. I imagine he is trying to project the image of a stoic tough guy but he comes off as a sad sack.

It was a pussy move to cave into the crowd by putting in a Tim Tebow wannabe, the Jags let him march down the field cause he was running the clock the entire way down. Moment he gets in the redzone, the defense stiffens up and dude makes a horrendous throw. I just thought it was stupid cause Zach is best outside the pocket and they immediately ran 2 plays allowing the backup to get a clean look outside the pocket and dude still almost missed a wide arse open TE that should have been a 70 yard TD
