Nah. VA is just the shittiest state when it comes to speeding violations.
The man should have a hefty fine, license taken away, and community service. Jail time is a joke but that's VA for you.
Anything 80mph+ is reckless driving and a misdemeanor with a penalty of up to 1 year in jail.
