I always thought Miami could come back, just because of their Alumni, and location for recruiting. I thought all they needed to do was update their facilities, and get the right coach. Once they start winning (as you can see) their fan base suddenly reappears out of no-where.

Neither of these programs are located in or near a hotbed of talent like So. Fla.

Tennessee could come back one day. Personally, I don't think Nebraska will come back and be a powerhouse.

I always had a feeling Miami could come back if they hired the right coach. Also I wonder if it is any coincidence that Miami is surging in a year where Florida St and Florida are both having absolutely terrible years.
