The man

That trade wasn't much though. Haven't heard of Beltre since, Gabbard is back with Boston I believe. Murphy is the only one out of that deal who looks good.

shite, just saw he isn't even in the bigs right now I'll have to check his milb numbers

He was struggling so they sent him down. But he's been dominating in Triple A I guess.

Yeah he has had some pretty solid starts but some rough ones as well.

June 28th he had 7 innings with 17K 2H 1BB

Last 2 starts combing 11IP 13K 12H 5BB

Has there been any rumors that Hughes and Joba will essentially switch roles when Joba starts nearing his innings limit?

Not the best.

Best solution would be to hook him up with Eiland.

... oh wait.

That is what I've heard. They're just kinda looking for a spot starter (Mitre?) to take J-Trains spot.

CC is struggling tonight.

Trade him, Joba, Jesus Montero, AJax, and $5 MM to the Jays for Vernon Wells and Brian Tallet.

CHAMPIONSHIP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Supposedly that is the hangup on any trade to the AL East. That contract is fricking terrible and they wanna dump him.

I've come to the decision that I don't want Halladay anymore. Well, I do want him, I just don't want to part with really any of our good prospects.

Oh I don't either. No need in giving up a GREAT catcher prospect in Montero, very solid looking CF in Jackson, or Gardner, Hughes, Melky (actually...), Cano, or Joba. Those are all the names I've seen thrown around. ONLY one I would part with is Melky.

I'd part with Romine, but that's only because we are so loaded with catching depth in the organization.

Cervelli, Montero, Romine, JR Murphy(whatever his name is, our 2nd round draft pick, Gary Sanchez(the 16 year old dominican stud we signed)

Those are always the best kind of signings, the 15 year olds and shite .

Romine yeah but not Montero. No way in HELL Montero.

I wouldn't do Ajax in a deal for Halladay. You gotta figure Damon is gone after this year (I won't be surprised if he retires), Melky fricking sucks right not, Matsui will be DH IF he even stays. That leaves you with Gardner, Melky, and Nady (is his contract up this year?) We don't need pitching THAT bad.

Yeah. Damon, Matsui, and Nady are all FA.

Damon can walk but I think he will retire.
Matsui can walk or DH.
Nady...I dunno.
