You'd have to think Nady is going to be on the shelf till around midseason next year, because he had tommy john.

So, I would pass on Nady.

Jason Bay and Matt Holliday are going to be out there.. get one of them.

Because I really think Boston ponies up to re-sign him. That and Holliday will be available and has said he would like to play in NY. The last OF we turned down to play for us after he said he would like to was Carlos Beltran, he offered a 20% paycut for fricks sake NO THANKS WE'LL TAKE DAMON!

frick off I want a scapegoat this presents a pickle for the team though. I was thinking Wang could hold a spot in the pen or SOMETHING while Aceves/Hughes stretched out. Now...not so much.

Probably. Reliever is the priority IMO. You can get a solid reliever for far less than a starter and if you get a quality reliever you can get Hughes and/or Aceves stretched.
