I love baseball. It has been and will always be my first love. But goddamn, MLB players and MLB writers are almost as pretentious and whiny arse PFA golfers. Or any golfers….

Spare me with the “unwritten rules” and “protocol” nonsense. Dude shouldn’t have dropped his card. I wouldn’t have given it back either. There are no rules against keeping a card that is on you for having them on the field.

DeRosa said it earlier and he was spot on. If you’re gonna drop the answers of the test on the ground and I end up with them, good news for me.

Jays and some of these writers need to get over themselves.

Cash is a great manager, but his unwillingness to drill the opposing team. After they've drilled another Rays player is maddening.
The Yankees always do it, now the Blue Jays have.

Glad that Tampa has finally found a winner. It’s been a tough couple of years for its sports fans.

Jon Heyman with a gem today
quote:

Rays announcer keeps saying that once Kirk dropped his scouting report on the field it’s fair game for Kiermaier to take it. What if a $100 bill fell out of Kirk’s pocket? Would that be fair game for Kiermaier to take too? What if it was a family portrait? He gets that too?

But it wasn’t a family photo or $100 bill

It was a scouting card

bullshite.

Chapman drilled Brosseau last year in the head with 100 mph fastball. No one responded. Until Brosseau took him yard in the playoffs and ended the Yankees season.

Blue Jays today, no one responded.

Champan purposely hit a guy in the head last season with a 100 mph fastball. Then got his arse handed to him in the playoffs.

You must be one of those fair-weather fans, learn the history. 2018 was the essential start of the rivalry as the Rays had hit two Yanks and the Yanks had hit one, after the last Yank got hit CC then hit a Rays batter. Which led notorious Yankee head thrower Kittredge go after Romine. This was the game in which CC missed his innings bonus because of the tomfoolery.

The game you reference with Chapman was after the Rays went head hunting at DJ then Chapman went 101 over the head of Brousseau.

From then it has gotten worse as they still each hit batters. However, Tampa participates just as much as the Yankees.

Watched almost every game for years. Produce proof of this please, because I don't remember it.
All I remember is fat arse C.C. throwing at Rays hitters all the time. Because his fat Cap'n Crunch eating arse never had to get in a batters box.

Aaron Boone is a bitch and a mediocre manager, Chapman is a washed up HGH freak who got wrecked by a triple AAA journeyman.

$202 million payroll. And the Yankees might get lucky and back into a wildcard...
