Foreigners have raved about that stadium and the area in general. Good press for the city

Poor Falcons, they're so easy to pick on though I suppose they are simply reaping when they have sown

louisiana-based posters are the main ones that would likely talk shite about it even if never having visited.

-It's a somewhat different/unique design and layout
-It's very easily accessible by public transportation that costs $5 roundtrip from as far as about 30 minutes away
-Concessions are the cheapest in America for a pro sporting event, and if I had to guess I'd imagine most major college venues as well.
-Unless you're in one of the last couple rows of the entire building you can see the halo scoreboard clearly from anywhere

Most of the above loses it's luster if you've been a ton, but I can definitely see how a foreigner visiting America for the first time would be pretty smitten with it

Nobody else would build something that looks like a giant sphincter.

It's ugly as sin on the outside, but impressive as hell on the inside. Very open and huge concourse. Easy to move around and you can see the field from the concourse at many locations. And the concessions for the WC games were cheap also.

As a Panthers fan living in ATL, I have enjoyed MBS especially the past couple of years.

My only complaint is that the bathrooms are single ended which results in overcrowding.

Rag on the Falcons all you want, but that is the coolest stadium I’ve ever seen in person.

I hadn’t realized they made the playoffs the year after 28-3 and haven’t made it since. That is brutal

and for their win, Argentine fans get to party in the Meadowlands. Did FIFA construct a WC village to amuse the fans? hope so.

Mercedes-Benz Stadium

On my list of stadiums to visit, would be a cool weekend to go to the Coke museum then see the whale sharks.
