We know there are still moves to be made but right now I would go

1. Golden State
2. Houston
3. Utah
4. LA Lakers
5. Minnesota
6. OKC
7. New Orleans
8. Denver

Portland was the 3 seed, they could very well be in the playoffs.

GS
CC
Utah
OKC
NO
LAL
Minnesota
Portland
Spurs (but this really depends on what they get for Kawhi)
Denver
Then
A bunch of teams not trying to win

I just kind of threw the Spurs in there because it’s hard to project them. I’m assuming they’ll get a decent haul for Kawhi and Pop will work some magic

Still feel like you could take 3-10 and put them in a hat and no order would surprise me

Lakers are #2. Curious to see what Houston does.

Assuming the Pels bring back Rondo and potentially Cousins I can’t see how they are lower than 4th.

I would LA ahead of Utah after the Stephenson announcement.

They were 6 last year and the Lakers are going to be better. Minnesota healthy was a top 4 seed last year. They arent as good as Utah. So I guess they could be better than OKC, but either way they aren't clearly better than any of the teams in front of them.
