1) Vince Young redshirted
2) Vince Young didn't take over for Chance Mock until late in his redshirt freshman season
3) Vince Young got much better his SO season and even better his JR season

man OSU has by far the most talent in the big10 and they didn't even have Michigan to worry about

Arm strength does not improve that quickly. Vick had a very strong arm from the beginning.
