at best. I think you lose in Lubbuck and 1 other to either Mizzo, Kansas or Ok St, so 3rd.

Texas loses to OU and one of Mizzou, @ KU, and @ Tech.

Tech loses 3 out of @ KSU, @ A&M, @ KU, Texas, and @ OU.

No chance. High 30's at most.

Muschamp will have the secondary primed at that point in the season.

And Crabtree and Harrell will already be Heisman frontrunners...

the Aggies are TT's personal bitch, they might lose 3, but they won't lose to the Aggies.

Last year's Texas Pass Defense, which was the worst in school history and was run by a simpleton, held pretty much the same Tech Offense to 20 points through 3 quarters, only giving up a lot of points in garbage time after the game was already over.

Now with a far more talented secondary and a proven, knowledgeable DC. There's no way they're breaking 40 unless Texas is up big in the 4th again (which ain't gonna happen either).

That they are but everytime Tech has ventured down to Kyle Field recently, no matter how much A&M has sucked, it has been a close game. Tech's not gonna blow them out in Kyle.

A. The secondary is far more talented and deep.
B. Muschamp is not only proven and knowledgeable but he's also one of the best Defensive Coordinators in the Nation.

Not sure what's funny about either of those.

Saban controlled the whole defense at LSU, not him. And he wasn't unbelievable at Auburn.

2006 (his first year at Auburn):
7th in the Nation in Scoring Defense

2007:
7th in the Nation in Passing Efficiency
6th in the Nation in Total Defense
6th in the Nation in Passing Defense
6th in the Nation, 1st in the SEC in Scoring Defense

......all while going up against the best teams week-in and week-out in the Best Conference in America.

Doesn't sound too bad to me.

like that one year the Aggies missed 3 PAT's and lost to TT by 1

Take the Aggies and the points, Tech on the ML.

It's not bad. But there is more talent on the defensive side at Auburn than there will be at Texas.

Talent alone doesn't get you the type of Defense Muschamp put on the field last year. Not even close.
