I am a huge Stros fan and I do not think Biggio was on roids. And much as I hate to say It, I think Baggs was on the juice and it is pretty obvious IMO.

In his last couple of seasons he visibly smaller than he had been in his productive years. When he was at Biggio's 3000 hit game he looked puny. He was best friends with Cammy if you want to play the guilt by association card.
