Honestly if Auburn and Louisville just made a straight up trade, I think it would end up better for both programs.

Jeff Brohm is who LSU should have hired.

Brohm probably isn’t going there. Purdue to Louisville is a lateral move at best.

Bielema is writing a letter to Louisville’s AD as we speak.

Poor Bob lost his mojo in that Arkansas ditch back in 2012.
If your team has stockpiled elite talent though, Bob would probably be good for about 3 seasons, then the death spiral takes over.

If he doesn’t retire or take an OC gig, he should probably find a gig in the MW or another non P5 conference.

That’s it’s Brohm alma mater is the only draw above Purdue. It’s not money. It’s not commitment to the program...at this point Purdue has it way better in each category.

If he goes home, it’s understandable. At this point with how he was treated the first time he was there as a coach, how he’s treated at Purdue currently and the steaming pile of dumpster fire dog shite that AD is in right now I’d put odds at him leaving at less than 20%.

I mean, Brohm pulled his pants down and took a shite at the 50 yard line publicly vs Minnesota yesterday and our fan base would still bathe in his piss. Why would you ever leave that situation?

Hilarious that his son and his two son in laws were on his staff. What a piece of shite.

because there are about 4 programs in the "Big Whatever It Is Now" that Purdue will never compete with but in the ACC all Louisville has to do is have something happen to CLemson and they could be as good as anybody within a year or two?

Money was never going to be an issue. The "They can't afford to fire Petrino" talk was nothing but false.

You’re having to use a contingency fund that was going to be used for other projects. Better fire up that GoFundMe for the next one.

Cliffs as to why UL was so quick to pull the trigger on Petrino this year? I mean, I know they're down this year, but he's had success there in prior years. And we are talking UL football here, after all.

Recruits decommitting plus no positive outlook for the future. It had to be done. I'm not going to bash him. He did so much for the program, just didn't work out this time. I wish him well

I'm impressed. I was under the impression Louisville didn't have the money to pay his buyout.
