Wow. Thats a way pretty weird reason to hate a team for, some 20+ years later. I would bet that he had his girl nabbed by a cajun man at the KEG, back in the day.

I have zero dog in this fight and it doesn't bother me one way or another, but to be honest no one thinks when they see title written like this of the cajuns. They think of the state as a whole especially when LSU played another in state school this week. The title would have been MUCH clearer saying UL over just Louisiana. Yall should fight the UL fight and lay off on the Louisiana alone because the brand isn't recognizable as 'Louisiana' by itself. I'm sorry that's just the truth.
ETA: I actually don't mind UL and have had several family members go there. Y'all do seem to have a lot of hate in yalls heart though and may want to get that checked out. We both part of the little guy fighting the bigger guy in BR.

Unlikely, but we all know the greatest season in Cajun history got dwarfed in the shadows of big brother down the road taking home the title that same year.

You really over value the importance of this game. Insisting on being called Louisiana has to be the most embarrassing little brother moment in all of sports.
