No you just don’t understand what the word “fundamental” means in the context that you tried to use it.

Par for the course for you.

Yes I do. Pushing is a fundamental part of the game. The lineman try to push the line of scrimmage. The ball carrier is trying to push his way forward when being tackled. A defender is trying to push a ball carrier back or to the ground to stop the play. So the fact you can’t push a ball carrier forward never made sense, it’s literally the objective of the game.

So as I said, pushing is a fundamental part of the sport of football.

The Eagles had so many issues doing it tonight they had to have the refs threaten to award them a TD b/c they were spamming the fake snap

Except for the ball carrier, which is all that matter since that’s what we’re discussing, pushing the ball carrier.

So, again, you simply don’t understand the word in the context that you’re trying to use it.

You're just angry because apparently you’re stupid. It’s ok.

Much of the time, the way the Eagles run it is illegal. The center snaps the ball on Hurts starting his momentum forward.

Credit to Hurts for being as strong as he is and disguising this movement well and the timing on the center snap

I was quite literally discussing the exact opposite in the context of my rationale.

I explained it to you like you were a 5 year autistic kid and you still keep sounding like a retard. Tough scene!

Issues? They scored in it multiple times. Utilizing a hard count is something we did in peewee football on short yardage situations. And honestly, Washington was in the neutral zone on all of those either way, which will always be a penalty. I’ll ask again, why doesn’t everyone do it if it’s such an automatic play and an unfair advantage?

You should try to explain it harder then because you’re still wrong.

My issue with the play is that several offensive lineman are being allowed to “cover” the ball. It’s one thing if the center is over the ball but an OL should be called for offsides is they are not behind the line, aka the ball.

I saw OL and DL linemen’s helmets just about, if not actually, touching. This is wrong and should be a penalty against one or both.
