Again, OU was the single biggest offender of this stuff under Riley. Not a shock at all hes doing it against them now and it only serves them right

5 Star Domani Jackson did an interview and name dropped Roy Manning specifically that he had been recruiting him to USC.

They likely did it all spring and let Woods go through spring ball workouts and everything at Arkansas... Then, bang, he was just gone one day out of the blue with no explaintion. Rumor is they back-channeled family members of the player and they convinced$$ him to transfer. OU was really looking for WRs last year.
Riley is a snake piece of shite and always has been. Basically everything he has said for the entire season has been a lie. He has been lining up the SC move probably since fall camp.

You think he's the only one? No fan, but he's not alone in that respect. I can think of a major SEC coach who never stopped recruiting a particular TE after he was enrolled at LSU and starting on the team. Funny, he's at the school that continued to recruit him
