So you have to have full possession and make a "football move" for it to be eligible on a fumble play, but this guy with his two hands on the ball arms extended and one toe kind of on the ground is fully a catch?

OL is fantastic. As is the RB position.
I'd agree on the rest of the team being meh. I think the Kevin Wilson/Urban hold the offense back a lot. Their playacting is atrocious.
