I doubt it. Id be surprised if he isn't off the team. Maybe a multiple game suspension for throwing a punch (and I think he is probably gone for that), but add in that he tried to go into the crowd and he is gone. Good thing Oregon's coaches reacted quickly or that would have gotten out of hand.
