800 now.

I really like the 800. It's basically half endurance, half speed. Good "balance", if you will.

So I'm watching on DVR again...

I felt so bad for the guy from Ethiopia that had bronze in the bag and then just couldn't find the strength to keep up the pace for the last 200 yards and lost it to this fellow countrymen.

Also, just watched Mitchell Mitchum (who also happens to be the only openly gay Olympian) perform a perfect dive on platform to steal the gold from China!!!

Now watching our women cruise to a victory (I hope!) in the 4x400 relay!

when lagat hit the wall, it was obvious....

the ethiopian was amazing...dude ran the last mile in 3:57.....last half lap, he looked like a sprinter......
