Really? I guess I’m just out of the coaching news cycle because I can’t really think of any outside of Chip, but he was awesome in college already.

It’s Ryan Day’s scheme and it should be the question is can Smith call Day’s scheme in an effective manner.

Did you see the post about the Boston College head coach turning a couple .500 NCAA seasons & some middling NFL results into an NFL head coaching position??

I used to feel the way you do, but that post took a lot of the wind out of my sails on these NFL guys.

He failed so badly as an OC that he got a HC job in the NFL.
