Whats scary is Penn State has had some really good recruiting classes and has a ton of talent. I don't expect them to roll over just yet.

When you're as bad as the Bengals are, having an amazing pass rusher isn't going to change much. If they take him this year and then tank for Lawrence next year then I can get behind taking Young.

It sounds good in theory but the Dolphins were all in on tanking for the first pick this year and stumbled their way into a few wins and won't get the first pick.
You can't ask NFL players to not give max effort. They have to put good tape on for other teams if they're going to be free agents and not going 100% in the NFL against teams who are is a quick way to get someone injured.
