I have LenDale on my bench in dynasty as well and would like to get some value out of him.

Stumped, though, as to how to do it.

Look up the guy(s) who had/have Laurence Maroney, Selvin Young, Felix Jones, Reggie Bush, Larry Johnson, and Chris Perry. They are all in desperate need and might be willing to part with a fairly good WR for a back with White's record. Now is a good time to deal him though. He was the top rusher on the team last week, scored a shite load of fantasy points, and is facing the Colts D that just made Ryan Grant look like a stud.

BTW, I don't really know how the keeper league issue plays into this. White has been a spare for much of his time in the league. I can't see myself wanting to commit to him for more than Week 8 (v. IND).

I have put out feelers to the Bush owner, who is in first place thanks to Bush and Brees.

You always want to build towards the future but if you have a chance to win this year, you need to try to win this year.

White's greatest value going forward may be as insurance for the Chris Johnson owner, which is me.

I find this kind of curious. Tennessee is on top right now, but the team has sucked for the last few years. If I was planning for the future, I can't see myself hitching on to a twosome that has only a couple of good games for the resume. Maybe I don't understand how it works.

This will certainly be the question of the week, and I don't know the answer. I have my fingers crossed that Deuce can carry a big load and that one or both of these guys will compliment enough that Brees can get back on the prolific scoring track.

This is what I've heard. Stecker is more like Bush, so he'll likely get more of the Bush-type, catching passes out of the backfield work. Thomas is more of a goal-line threat type of guy, so he'd be more of a Deuce fill in. This analysis (which is not my own BTW), bodes well for Stecker, who didn't do much last year, but has shown signs of capable running in the past.

Keep in mind that this is only a temporary thing though. If you're looking for someone to replace Maroney, for instance, you need to get someone who'll be playing when the fantasy bowl comes around.

My guess is White will never be a consistent fantasy starter, but those planning for the future would do well to hitch their wagon to Chris Johnson.

I think Duece will only get about 15 touches MAYBE 20; Thomas and Stecker will spell Bush IMO.

Listening to some fantasy talk shows and knowing how Deuce has been used so far this year.

McClain won't get more than 10-12 now that McGahee is back.
