local books up here had it at -27/28 some places, but i believe it was -25

was -25.5 last time I saw it.
Say what you want about rivalries (I'm sure no one outside of those two schools besides aVa knew that was a rivalry ), but after watching Maryland play and seeing what the WVU offense can do, there was no reason to think WVU wouldn't score 40+ at home.
I teased it with Florida. Got WVU -19.5
