I went 1-5 yesterday, myself. The big bet was the Oregon over of 65. Wyoming has the ball first and goal from the 7 yd line with 2:30 to go with the score 48-14. A field goal pushes and a TD makes me very happy. Those frickers went four downs and gave it to Oregon with :45 to go. Victory formation.
My ONLY win yesterday was LSU -30. I damn near lost my shite when it was 10-0 at half and figured there was no way it was covering. 31-0 was a sign from the betting gods that I needed to hold tight on that car wash for a bit and it was not going to be a good weekend.

I ended up in a hospital four hours away at the kick-off of the LSU game because my sister went into labor. There were several folks that came by to pray for a healthy baby and such. I finally asked the fifth prayer person to put in a good word for a few fricking points for the home team.
It was indeed a miserable day.

Week 3 was the best week I've had in my betting career. Started off 8-0 (2 thurs and Fri, 4 sat early, 2 sat afternoon). Went 2-3 in sat night games for a total of 10-3, +7 units.Think I'll lay low this week and have a much smaller card.
