Why is Sandusky not in handcuffs already?

He posted bond and he's currently not in custody. At least that's what I had heard last night on local news.

Does anyone really believe that he didn't follow up with a guy that was his right hand man forever? We will never know the real truth but I imagine the Powers That Be told Joe they needed to bury it and he went along with it. Is there proof of this? Nope, but which is more realistic? That they buried it or that Paterno never followed up on the alleged rape of a young child.

You go to the police. That's it. What's with all this Powers That Be bullshite? frick the Powers That Be. You're a grown fricking man, and you hear about a 10 year old being raped and you just forget about it? frick that Pedophile Loving Paterno.

I think he was arrested on Nov. 5. I assume he has made bail.

Also something said that Sandusky was just like your neighbor and a good guy!

Sandusky was everything to those guys. Arrington said the same thing. He doesn't want Joe to step down.

potential 9th victim coming forward...how many more will there be?

Since he started his charity in 1977, I'm going to conservatively say he has molested well over 100 kids. I put the O/U of victims coming forward at 35.

Remember, he played at Penn State and was likely a pedo then.

The players at Penn State should be allowed to transfter with no waiting period to play, imo.

Not really. We still live in a society with due process. Even the worst criminal gets due process because it is designed to protect us all.

I think this type of incident generally is a bailable offense.

FIFY!

35 is a good number...Hopefully those kids that are not adults have the courage to come forward.

I don't know how many, but I imagine there will be plenty more. This didn't start in 1994 or whenever. This is going to get really bad. I think Joe Pa and the administration have know about this waayyyyyyyyy longer than they want to admit. Sickening.
