I think if Tiger can get a few quick birdies and go under he could make things interesting tomorrow if Rory struggles today.

I've been out of the loop for so long, did they finally do that? how did they define a regulation putter?

Golf isn't just a young man's game. Those crafty veterans aren't going to just give up. Young Rory, young Rickie, and young Dubuisson are going to be trying to unseat Old McDowell and Old Stricker.
