It would have been a travesty if they won their first year. I don't mind their success now. But, I am rooting for the Avs because of money.

Vegas is 100% a shitty franchise in how they do business, but you can't argue with their results
Now that they can't manipulate the playoff salary cap they're using essentially a non-compete rule to prevent Cassidy from seeking other jobs and they had that really weird avoiding media getting fined and losing a 2nd round pick.
They are grade A scumbags, but they win so I guess that makes it okay? Eventually their window will close.
