So now with Osgood retired this is a good time to see if he will be a HOF'er.
He has some pretty good numbers over his long career.
10th in wins-401
24th in shutouts-50
24th in GAA-2.49
74 playoff wins and 16 shutouts.
3 Stanley Cups(started on two of those teams)
Steven Stamkos has agreed to terms on a five-year contract with the TBLightning.
Stamkos deal has cap hit of $7.5 million annually.
$37.5 over 5
money for Stamkos is 8M each of 1st four years and 5.5 in final year

Stamkos: 5 years, $37.5 million from the Bolts. Great contract for both sides. Stamkos gets paid like the star he is, but the term is limited to just his peak years.

I think signing Murray to a two-way deal is a great move for you guys. He was one of my favorite Jackets. Plays very hard, not very skilled, but can manage a few points every now and then. Very scrappy and does the little things well. Great character guy, should be a good 4th liner who could theoretically play 3rd should injuries necessatate it. I think it's a good move for the Sharks. I think we maybe shouldn't have let him walk, but oh well.
